Experience Love, Neo-Soul, and R&B w/ LeVelle: “Promise to Love” Album

The artistry of LeVelle‘s second album, “PROMISE TO LOVE” was unveiled to music aficionados with the release of singles, “ONLY IF”, “WHAT LOVE SOUNDS LIKE” and the most recent, WORK IT OUT.

On the subject of the album, LeVelle commented, “It’s my promise to restore that love, that classic love. That respect for each other, lets everybody know that it’s alright to love and demonstrate love, which is what the world could use more of in this era”.

“The album features guest appearances, production, and lyrics from some of today’s most renowned cultural influencers such as Raheem DeVaughn, Anthony Hamilton, After 7, Zacardi Cortez, Damon Thomas, JayShawn Champion, and Sha Sha Jones.

Earlier this year, LeVelle released the single, “ONLY IF”, receiving a great response. The music video for “ONLY IF” can be viewed on BET SOUL and BET.com.

According to LeVelle, “I wanted to remind listeners of the sensation of being in love, by delivering a classic medley that portrays emotion and passion that anyone can relate to.”

In 2022, LeVelle attained the #4 spot on the Billboard Magazine Adult R&B; charts with his single, Fell In Love” (Remix) featuring the multi-award winning artist, Anthony Hamilton. Soon after, he released his debut album, “My Journey Continues” to high acclaim and joined Maxwell, Joe, and Anthony Hamilton on several dates for “The Night Tour”.

More About the Musical Journey of LeVelle

LeVelle, commonly known as “LB”, is an R&B/ Neo-Soul artist and songwriter hailing from Kansas City. His enthusiasm and soulful voice have led to him becoming a talented musician.

His musical style is a result of his early exposure to a variety of music and being influenced by artists such as Sam Cooke, Al Green, and Gerald LeVert, as well as his own life experiences.

He has had the privilege of being a background singer for Charlie Wilson and has also performed with numerous other award-winning artists such as Anthony Hamilton, Tank, and Robin Thicke, to name a few.
